Sign between 1 January and 28 February 2027. Choose a January start if you are one of the first 10 January clients.
Clear rules, no surprises
- One-off builds and systems: 20% off the from-price shown on our services page. Example: a Starter build from R30,000 becomes from R24,000, excluding VAT.
- Monthly fees, including ongoing support, the Operations Partner Retainer, Owner Scorecard and Touch Point management: 20% off for the first three months.
- Discovery Consultation: free until 28 February 2027. It is not discounted, because it is free.
- The offer applies to new clients who sign a written proposal between 1 January and 28 February 2027.
- 10 places are available for clients who sign in January 2027. When they are filled, January places close and the waitlist opens for February.
- The discount applies to the from-price on our services page, excluding VAT.
- Monthly fees receive 20% off for the first three months of the agreement.
- If the offer ends early, proposals signed before the end date keep their discount.
- The offer cannot be combined with other offers.
- Third-party costs, software subscriptions, WhatsApp API usage, SMS, payment gateway fees, courier fees and advertising spend are separate.
- Prices exclude VAT. Deposits and payment terms follow your written proposal.
- We do not guarantee results. Results depend on each business's systems, data and team.

Who is this offer for?
New clients who sign a written proposal between 1 January and 28 February 2027, for a system, a one-off build or an ongoing engagement.
Is the Discovery Consultation really free?
Yes, until 28 February 2027. It is usually R4,000. If you go ahead with an implementation or automation, the R4,000 is credited from the implementation price.
What happens after the discovery?
We send written recommendations. If you want to proceed, we send a written proposal with scope, price, timeline and payment terms. Your 20% applies when you sign.
What if the January places are full?
Join the waitlist for February. Your 20% still applies if you sign by 28 February 2027.
Does the discount cover ad spend or software?
No. Third-party costs, software subscriptions, WhatsApp API usage, SMS, payment fees and advertising spend are separate.
